Before a rider participates in their first  coaching session the parent/guardian must complete and sign a Parental Consent Form.

You can download the form HERE.

Please bring this to your first session (or you can fill a form out when you attend).

The minimum age to participate is generally seven and riders must have a bike with gears and brakes.

Sorry but no single gear bikes, balance bikes or BMX style bikes.

Check the upcoming coaching sessions and arrive in time for registration.

You can turn up on the day but it is handy if you us know in advance if you plan to attend so we can judge likely numbers for a particular session.

Please  email  to let us know or find out more.

You need a bicycle, with brakes and gears, in good working order and is the right size and fit for the rider.  If in doubt, take it to a local bike shop for a check-up and any needed maintainance.

You need a helmet complying to BS standards (all reputable brands do).

Clothing should be appropriate for cycling, avoid baggy trousers and anything that might catch in a bike.

We also ask for a £1 donation towards equipment costs.  (Coaching is voluntary).

On the day ;

Please arrive in good time so riders can be allocated into a group and a bike check performed before the session commences.

Parents are encouraged to watch and may be sometimes be asked to help with some basic supervision and assistance.

Also bring some spare clothing and water to drink.
